ABOUT NANCAUA

Founded in 2023, Nancaua is an independent London-based atelier specialising in bridal, eveningwear and women’s tailoring. Dedicated to celebrating individuality, we create pieces that unite timeless craftsmanship with the spirit of classic romance, reimagined through clean lines and contemporary tailoring.

Guided by the principles of slow fashion, each garment is designed and tailored in London with the finest fabrics. Every creation is the result of an intimate and thoughtful process, ensuring that each piece truly reflects the essence of the woman wearing it.

THE DESIGNER

Elisa is a Spanish designer based in London. She merges her background in design and art direction with a distinctive approach to contemporary fashion.

After studying Design at ELISAVA in Barcelona, she moved to London to specialise in Art Direction at the University of the Arts and later in Fashion Design at Central Saint Martins. She went on to refine her skills in luxury tailoring on Savile Row, gaining expertise in bespoke fit and craftsmanship.

Her journey into bridal and eveningwear began when her close friends trusted her with creating pieces for some of the most meaningful moments of their lives. The experience of designing for others, together with her own wedding journey, revealed a gap in the world of bridal: a lack of designs that felt timeless yet modern, with nostalgic elements and a contemporary edge at the same time.

Elisa founded Nancaua to bring these values to life: designs rooted in authenticity, quality, and craft. Her mission is to design pieces that feel unique to every woman she dresses.
